The form and any email give us your name, your email address, and your message about shared parts, a repair, or the yearly charge.
We use it to reply, to book a repair, and to keep a note against the right building. We do not pass the details to a mailing list or sell them.
A repair note stays while the job is open and for a while after, so the yearly account can show what was spent. After that we delete what we no longer need.
